Events at Barn Elms Sports Trust
Barn Elms Sports Trust work is able to offer a variety of different facilities depending on your events needs – ranging from film parking or filming locations, through to grass field event space, or internal room hire.
Please note : we do not have an onsite bar within the clubhouse, and are unable to accept religious ceremonies (marriages) on site.

Corporate & Sporting Events
Barn Elms Sports Trust provides extensive grass fields for people to host their events on site. The site is set up for rounders, football, cricket and rugby grass activities, alongside a track for sports days and courts for tennis and netball events.
Facilities include modern changing rooms, free parking & wifi within the building, and a community hall for internal weather cover.
All events must contain some form of sport as part of the hire.

Children's Parties
Barn Elms Sports Trust has hosted over 500 parties since it’s opening.
The Pavilion allows for the private hire of the function room (step free, 65 cubic metres), with full width sliding doors that open out onto a covered patio and beautiful grass fields. This room comes complete with 7 tables, 30 chairs, wi-fi and TV.
Costing as little as £125 (3 hour hire; Additional hours £40) for room hire, or lower for outdoors only.
