Running & Fitness Groups

Barnes Runners : Running group of varying age & ability (a mix of casual & competitive runners, from 18-60yrs).  Offering group track sessions throughout summer.

Blitz Fitness : Weekly fitness group offering a total body workout within an hour, whatever your fitness level.  Bring a bottle and a smile!

Ful-on-Tri : Triathlon group who race all over the world, particularly in the London League and Surrey cross-country / time-trial leagues.

Barnes Athletics : Junior running & fitness  partnership started by Louise Oldfield (former International athlete) &  Stephen McDuell (UKA coaches).  Focusing on activites for ages 7-15yrs.

Optima Racing Team : Triathlon group catering for all abilities & ages through one of the most comprehensive coaching system  in the country.

Barnes Flyers : An athletics club that encourages all round athletics experience through participation & fun.  Focuses on juniors aged 7-15yrs.

West 4 Harriers : Running group of varying ages (18-60yrs) & abilities. Weekly track sessions throughout summer.

YogiFit : Weekly small inclusive run club. The group is open to all abilities and will help you progress in your running. Motivated by others to run more efficiently using the track.  

Additionally Jenni offers one to one coaching, teaching simple but effective alignment tips, offering training plans and advice to keep you motivated to complete your goals whether it is to run a 5km or a marathon.

Beau Body Bootcamp: Combines bodyweight and small equipment circuits interspersed with track work (optional). Sociable and fun but also with the opportunity to work hard and be pushed by the instructor. Often followed by coffee!
